Import Your Own Keywords
You asked, we listened.
While Yahini's automated keyword research is great for discovering new opportunities, sometimes you have specific keywords you want to target.
Now you can add them directly to any project.
Just hit the new "Add More Keywords" button in your keywords list, and you're ready to go.
We've created a simple CSV template - download it, add your keywords, and upload the file.
They'll show up right in your project, ready for brief generation and funnel mapping.
This is perfect when you:
- Have keywords from previous research
- Want to target specific product terms
- Need to include branded keywords
- Have customer-suggested topics to cover

Smarter Keyword Difficulty Metrics
We've replaced competition scores with keyword difficulty metrics in the keywords table. This gives you a clearer picture of how challenging it'll be to rank for each term.
What's different?
While competition scores looked mainly at how many sites targeted a keyword, difficulty metrics consider:
- Domain authority of ranking sites
- Content quality of top results
- Search intent alignment
- SERP feature presence
Your strategy won't need a complete overhaul - high-competition keywords usually have high difficulty scores. But now you'll have more accurate data to plan your content calendar and resource allocation.
Custom Funnel Stages & Priority Scores
Every business is unique, and sometimes our automated suggestions need tweaking. Now you can customize both funnel stages and priority scores for any keyword.
Maybe you've noticed a "how-to" keyword that converts better at the bottom of the funnel than the top.
Or perhaps certain keywords align perfectly with your Q2 goals.
With custom settings, you can:
- Move keywords between funnel stages (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU)
- Adjust priority scores to match your goals
- Flag urgent topics for immediate action
- Organize keywords based on your business needs
These changes automatically reflect in your content briefs, ensuring your writers get the right context every time.
