Are the limits across projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all limits are shared across your projects. Your plan's limits apply to your entire account, not individual projects. 
    For example, if your plan includes 50 briefs per month and 2 projects, you can distribute these resources however you prefer across your projects - you might use 49 briefs for one project and 1 brief for another, split them evenly with 25 briefs each, or any other combination that stays within your total monthly limit.

How does project flexibility work?

Your subscription (or LTD licence) works like having a limited number of parking spots. While you can create new projects each month, you can only work on a certain number at the same time (based on your plan).
When you want to start a new project but all your spots are full, simply deactivate an existing project to free up space. Your available spots reset each month, giving you the flexibility to activate/reactivate domains or add new domains as needed.
For example: If your plan allows 4 active projects, and you're currently managing projects A, B, C, and D, you'll need to deactivate one of these to create a new project E. This system resets each month, allowing you to rotate projects as needed while maintaining your active project limit.

What does unlimited "done-for-you" keywords mean?

'Done-for-you' keywords means Yahini handles the entire keyword research and prioritization process. It analyzes thousands of keywords in your domain and expertly filters them down to approximately 200-500 high-priority keywords specifically chosen for your business (that can reach 800+ keywords if you count the secondary keywords in the clusters). The exact number varies by niche and market demand, but there's no artificial limit – you get all the relevant keywords Yahini identifies.

    Note that this feature ("done-for-you" keywords) is separate from the ability to add your own keywords list. For optimal performance, we maintain a fair-use policy that allows generating up to 6 briefs per minute across all subscription plans.

We have a fair-use refund policy. You can request a full refund within 15 days of purchase if you've generated fewer than 10 briefs. This gives you enough time to test Yahini's quality while maintaining fairness for everyone. Just contact us at contact@yahini.io.
Think of it like hiring a content strategist - you can decide they're not a good fit after a month, but you wouldn't ask them to return their salary after they've created your entire content strategy.

Why is there no free trial on the LTD plan?

Unlike typical SaaS tools, Yahini performs intensive analysis and processing during initial project setup - including business analysis, competitor research, and keyword generation. This is to ensure the long-term high quality of the strategies you create.
This front-loaded work represents significant computational costs and delivers immediate value. Combined with our generous usage limits on the LTD license, offering traditional free trials would be unsustainable for lifetime deals.
However, we offer several ways to evaluate Yahini risk-free:
A) A fair-use refund policy: Get a full refund within 15 days if you've generated fewer than 10 briefs
B) Demo account: We can give you access to a demo account that's already loaded with real projects from different industries. You'll be able to browse through actual briefs, keyword lists, and see exactly what Yahini can do - just shoot us a message and we'll give you access to that.
