About Yahini
Our boutique content agency, late 2022.
The AI hype train had left the station, and our clients were all trying to jump aboard.
Clients would show up with 20 ChatGPT-generated briefs asking us to "make them strategic." We'd have to explain, for the hundredth time, why their TOFU content was trying to close sales and their BOFU content was stuck in awareness mode.
We were watching clients get sold on 'content on demand,' but the output was strategically bankrupt. An AI can mimic a listicle, but it can't connect a keyword to a customer's real-world pain. We were left rescuing entire narratives from the brink.
The problem was clear: Generic AI is a brilliant mimic, but a terrible strategist.
It doesn't know your business. It doesn't understand your audience, your arguments, or the strategic reason a piece of content should even exist. And even when you get the strategy right, you're still juggling five different tools to execute it.
So, we built our way out.
Yahini started as our internal "survival tool."
We needed to encode our "been there, done that" experience into a system that could handle the analytical, research and operational work without losing the strategy.
Then came the Slack DM that changed everything:
"Whatever you're using internally, I'll pay for access."
We began collaborating with other experts, running countless experiments, and eventually moved on from our agency to build Yahini full-time.
The game changed from 'who can publish the most?' to 'who has the smartest plan?'. We built Yahini to answer one question: How do we make every single article an asset that moves the business forward, instead of just another post that sits there?
Okay, So What Is Yahini, Really?
Most AI tools are great at summarizing what's already been said. We designed Yahini to give you both a plan to create what should be said AND the workspace to execute it. This required building it on three core principles:
- Strategy must start with your business. An AI can't be strategic without context. That's why Yahini's first job isn't to write, but to learn. It starts with your website to build a "Brand Intelligence" profileāa living understanding of your products, arguments, and unique value. This profile trains every AI agent and informs every keyword it finds and every brief it builds.
- Every piece of content needs a job. A keyword list isn't a strategy. Yahini organizes your keywords into a complete roadmap, automatically mapping each one to a specific job in the marketing funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). It provides the clarity to guide customers from their first search to their final purchase.
- You need content differentiation to win. A good brief is more than a summary of top results. For every keyword, Yahini analyzes the SERPs to find competitive gaps. It then uses your Brand Intelligence to find a unique angle, structuring a brief designed to create something better, more authoritative, and more strategic than what's already out there.
The internet doesn't need more noise. It needs more clarity, more quality, and more strategy. We built Yahini to give founders, marketers, and agencies the power of an expert strategist with the operational efficiency of a complete content platform.
We built the tool we always wished we had. Now, it's yours.
